Thank you for your message. I cannot over emphasise the value of walking to “everyone” and to people that want to lose weight in particular. Walking is one of the most enjoyable and easy to do exercises and as there is no pain associated to it ,becoming a habit is easier to develop. The human body does not require excessive exercise to be healthy, just a 30 minute walk every day is all it takes when you eat properly and hydrate your body correctly.
