This programme was started 25 years ago by an overweight counsellor who had done all the diets and decided that enough was enough. History>>

In the past number of years the programme has benefited from the dedication of Doctors>> Dietitians, and other medical professionals. This course is now run in Hospitals, Clinics, Health Insurers, Corporates and one to one. This is also the only effective vehicle for groups.

The majority of people that have completed this course have said if they had only known it was that easy to take control over their weight problem they would have done it years ago.

We attribute this to the fact that the course deals with fact and reality only. This disempowers the many myths associated with weight loss, and hastens the learning process for all participants. The course is easy to follow and implement, it fits in with your normal life, there is no deprivation, points, units, or restriction of any kind. “No Diet Weight Solution” The Safe Way to Manage Your Weight

Your course will run for 7 weeks with one hour per week presented and supported by a trained facilitator. The facilitator is available for support by phone for the duration of the course and as part of our long term support club. (Optional)

You are supplied with tools, materials, coaching and techniques that address your weight “problem” i.e. your emotional eating habits and your physical eating habits. Through the awarness part of the course you will address the emotional and physical in tandem, learning that no amount of food will satisfy your emotions, and what to feed your emotions that will.  You will learn about your physical food requirements and practice both techniques in a graded format throughout the 7 weeks.  The outcome will be “empowerment” you will be in control  emotionally and physically for life.

This is an easy learning, and positive habit forming, fun to do course. You will feel healthy and more energetic from day one, and by the end you will be free from the diet lose/gain cycle forever and channel your new energy on the good things in life.
